Tenably is the roommate management app that makes shared living fair, fun, and stress-free — with chore tracking, XP rewards, dispute resolution, and more.
One account can hold both roles. Switch between managing your property and living in it.
Complete chores, earn XP, file disputes, review housemates, join the laundry queue, and find your next place to live.
Build chore schedules, manage tenants, post announcements, upload house documents, set rules, and run elections.
From chores to disputes to finding your next roommate — Tenably covers every corner of shared living.
Admins create chores with frequencies and subtasks. Roommates claim them, submit photo evidence, and earn XP on completion.
Every completed chore earns experience points. A live leaderboard ranks all housemates — friendly accountability without the awkward conversations.
Anyone can file a dispute with photo evidence. The whole house votes to resolve it, and every outcome is recorded for transparency.
Housemates leave star ratings and written reviews for each other. Scores are aggregated and visible on everyone's profile.
Create a public profile with your bio, move-in dates, and living preferences to find — or be found by — compatible housemates.
A shared queue for the washer and dryer. Claim your slot and get notified the moment it's free — no more wet clothes sitting all day.
Admins post pinned house-wide announcements. Renters see them front and center in the home feed so nothing gets missed.
Add or remove tenants, rotate invite codes, upload documents, manage rooms, set house rules, and run house-wide elections.
Real-time alerts for chore due dates, new disputes, peer reviews, announcements, laundry queue updates, and more.
